OpenEHR - TL;DR
Ich gebe zu, OpenEHR war mir lange auch ein kleines Rätsel. Ich hoffe ich habe es jetzt gut genug verstanden um vielleicht anderen den Schritt zu erleichtern. Starten wir mit einem kleinen “TL;DR” (too long - didn’t read) für die ganz ganz Uninteressierten ;)
OpenEHR ist in etwa dasselbe wie HL7v3 oder FHIR - älter als das letzte, jünger als das erste. Es ist dabei auf Dokumente fokussiert.
Das Selbstverständnis ist folgendes:
‘openEHR’ is the name of a technology for e-health, consisting of open specifications, clinical models and software that can be used to create standards, and build information and interoperability solutions for healthcare. The various artefacts of openEHR are produced by the openEHR community and managed by openEHR International, an international non-profit organisation originally established in 2003 and previously managed by the openEHR Foundation.
Nachdem das jetzt so raus ist versuche ich mal die Unterschiede herauszuarbeiten, und die spezifischen Vorteile aufzuzeigen.
